Afeni Shakur Davis Tupac Shakurs mom Dies at 69

Afeni Shakur Davis, the mother of one of  the legendary American hip-hops most seminal and iconic figures, has died at age 69.
She is best known as Tupac Shakurs mom, she was also a Black Panther as a young adult and an activist and philanthropist in her later years. Afeni Shakur, the mother of the late iconic rapper 2Pac (aka Tupac Shakur), died Monday, Shakur died Monday night in Northern California.
The official cause of her death has not yet been announced, but law enforcement responded to a call regarding a possible cardiac arrest at Shakurs home in Sausalito on Monday night. She was pronounced dead at 10:28 p.m.
